Besides the salary, one of the advantages of working for the NDLEA is the comfort of an adaptable timetable. Since most of the work is based on fieldwork, you will have sufficient time every day to enjoy and take care of your own personal life during breaks.
There are also free sick days (holidays) given to staff compared to private workers, and the public agency gives its staff holiday occasions twice a year, in contrast to most agencies.
Besides, NDLEA staff don’t need to stress over job instability or bankruptcy like those who work in the private sector as long as they take part in no criminal activities that are against the agency’s policy.
