Completed any of the prerequisite courses at the Victoria University of Wellington (i.e., Foundation Studies Program or English Proficiency Program)
If the student is in their 2nd year of studying at a university.

The scholarship award application deadline for the Tongarewa Scholarship Trimester 1, 2022 is 30th November 2021. The deadline for the Tongarewa scholarship Trimester 2, 2022 is on 1st of June 2022.
