Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2022 Portal Now Open
Coming to our hearing is the information that the Federal Government of Nigeria opened the portal for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, (NJFP), 2021.
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, a partnership between the Federal Government of Nigeria (FG) and the United Nations Development Programmes (UNDP), is a program that empowers youth.
This program aims to help talented graduates find local jobs that match their skills and knowledge.
After completing the fellowship, applicants have three options. These include retention with host organizations, entrepreneurial opportunities, and a platform for competition and access to future jobs and employment opportunities.

You must meet the requirements to be eligible as a candidate:
- You must be a citizen of Nigeria.
- You must be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND certificate) in any discipline.
- For HND Certificate holders, you must graduate with at least a second class lower (2.2) or a Bachelor’s degree (> 3.00).
- Maximum 30 years of age
- Not currently employed in any job.
- You must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or have a certificate of exemption from NYSC.
- Demonstrate an interest in and commitment to a chosen career field.
- Demonstrate an interest in contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
- Excellent time management skills and a professional attitude are essential.
- Communication skills that are both verbal and written.
You must be a qualified host organization to become eligible
- Provide up-to-date regulatory documentation, including –
- CAC Certificate of Registration
- A letter of interest indicating that you are fully aware of the NJFP’s objectives and your commitment to support the program through fellow placements.
- Clear descriptions of the roles available.
- Through dedicated sessions with experienced professionals within their organizations, an agreement was made to mentor fellows.
- Acceptance to follow the program’s guidelines and to sign a code.
- Non-discrimination policies regarding gender, religion, and disability status as well as policies against harassment, exploitation, and abuse (PSHEA) should be adopted.
- You have no criminal record or convictions and you are not affiliated with any proscribed organization, e.g terrorists, drug traffickers or illicit trade, or child labor.
